25 | On 7/16/2021 at 3:30 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joleen Kenney conducted a case management inspection and met with the Licensee, Georgina Igwegbe. During the complaint investigation for complaint control number 03-CC-20210426092636, it was identified that the Licensee was allowing day-care children to have access to the off limit garage. The garage was not an approved area on the fire inspection that was inspected on 7/3/2018 by the Sacramento City Fire Department.
The Licensee has requested an inspection of the master bedroom to change the room from off limits to an limit area for day-care children. During todays inspection LPA Kenney inspected the master bedroom and no hazards were identified. The master bedroom is now approved as an on limit area. The Licensee will have a baby gate across the door opening to the master bathroom because this are will remain off limits to children in care.
The following Type A deficiency was cited on the subsequent page because the Licensee was found to be making the off limit garage accessible to children in care.
