LPA Pascual made an unannounced in person visit on June 3rd, 2022 to clear deficiencies from the annual inspection on April 26th, 2022. LPA verified all assistants are fingerprint cleared and that the child care facility is operating within ratio.

Upon arrival there were 5 children, licensee and an assistant present.

LPA verified mandated reporting training and LIC 508s as well as LIC 9108 for all assistants.

Based on this information, all deficiencies are cleared.
