Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alize Tillery conducted an unannounced visit to address a deficiency that was cited during a case management visit on 01/17/2023. Upon arrival, LPA observed 9 children, supervised by 3 staff. During today's inspection, LPA was assisted by Licensee Parminder Pabla.

On 1/17/2023, the program was cited for having a lead exceedance in water outlets F and H.
Today, Licensee provided proof the faucet F has been retested and is no longer showing an exceedance.
Today, Licensee provided proof the faucet H has been capped off and unable to use.

LPA is clearing citation, 101700.3(b)(1).

During todays inspection, no deficiencies were observed.

LPA provided Licensee a notice of site visit which should remain posted for 30 days.
