Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the director, Marlett Reid, for a case management inspection. Purpose of the inspection was explained.

The facility self reported that facility has an employee, who was tested positive for COVID-19 on October 08, 2021. The facility was closed and remained closed until October 18, 2021. During today's inspection, LPA inspected the classrooms and interviewed the director. Director stated that the facility had cleaning company disinfect the entire facility. Per director, all staff and children were quarantined and the facility reopen on October 18, 2021.

Copy of this report is reviewed and provided to the director. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
