On January 11, 2023 at 1:45 PM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Kuliema Calloway, made an unannounced visit to the above facility for the purpose of concluding complaint findings. LPA met with S2 at PSD/Victorville Head Start who granted access.

LPA conducted interviews with three of the staff and parents It was revealed during the course of the investigation that the heat pump that controls the temperature in two classrooms 93 and 94 were broken. A repair order was generated on November 2, 2022 and the problem was corrected two weeks later on November 14, 2022.

Based on interviews conducted and record review, there is a preponderance of evidence to prove
that Staff did not maintain a comfortable temperature inside of the facility for daycare children, therefore the above allegation is Substantiated.
