On 07/10/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joselito L. Del Mundo conducted a complaint investigation at the facility to deliver complaint investigation findings. Upon arrival LPA met with Director Maria Garcia Upon arrival LPA observed 23 children with 4 staff members.

During the interview with parents last 06/02/2023, parents gave a rating of 7 on the average which shows that parents were happy with the services provided by the center. During this investigation, LPA Del Mundo interviewed 4 children enrolled in the program. Based on the interviews conducted with the children, children like their teachers and they like going to the day care. After observations and interviews with parties related to the allegations it was determined that the allegations: facility staff handled children in a rough manner and children’s needs were not being met while in the day care could not be collaborated. There are no indications that children were deprived or violated with their personal rights.
