13 | On the above noted date and time, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Brasel conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the concluded findings for the above allegation. On 11/17/2022, LPA Diana Brasel conducted an initial visit, at which time LPA toured the facility, reviewed records, obtained documents, and conducted interviews. On today's date, LPA toured the facility and took a census.
LPA met with Director to discuss the complaint finding.
It was alleged facility staff do not provide adequate supervision to children. During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with all pertinent parties, obtained written statements, and reviewed/obtained documents. All staff interviewed denied not providing adequate supervision. Staff stated, they provide adequate supervision and immediately respond to incidents involving children. In addition, Staff stated, depending on the incident, they will immediately report incident’s to management and the guardians/parents of the children involved.
