25 | On date and time listed, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nelson Zuniga conducted a case management tele- inspection with the Licensee, due to the executive order issued by Governor Newsom on March 16, 2020 regarding COVID-19 and Department of Health guidelines of social distancing.
This tele-Inspection is a follow-up of an unusual incident report submitted by the facility on 02/17/2021. LPA Zuniga interviewed parents, children and staff. The report indicated an alleged possible personal rights violation.
Based on the information obtained from the investigation, there appeared to be no violations of Title 22 Regulations pertaining to the reported incident.
A copy of this report is sent via email to center director to print and maintain if requested by the public, for 3 years. A read receipt e-mail from center director will be in lieu of the signature for this Case Management Tele-Inspection.
