Licensee has applied for capacity increase to 120 children by converting Room 4 and Room 6 into preschool activity rooms and at the same time removing Room 2 from the preschool program and convert the room into a school room. Licensee has also requested to remove the toddler option from the license. New fire clearance has been obtained. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kim Leung arrived at the facility this date on 7/18/2019 conducting an inspection. During inspection, LPA toured the facility. Criminal record clearances were verified and staff-child interactions were observed. Facility was observed operating in compliance with ratio and supervision requirements at time of this inspection. LPA observed no hazards accessible to children.

Room 1 is currently named as the Toddler Room and will be renamed as the Two's Class.
Room 3 is currently named as the Pre K Room and will be renamed as the Junior Class.
Room 5 is currently named as the Junior Class and will be renamed as another Two's Class.
Measurements of Room 4 and Room 6 were taken during this inspection. Currently, Room 4 and Room 5 are used by the school age program and would be renamed as the Pre K Classes.

According to the measurements on records and the measurements taken during this inspections, it has been determined that the indoor activity space could accommodate the requested capacity of 120 children

Per previous Facility Evaluation Report, the preschool playground and the toddler playground could accommodate the requested capacity.

Bathroom Fixtures:
9 toilets x 15 = 135 children
14 sinks x 15 = 210 children

A sample of children's records were reviewed. Facility failed to update and modify the Needs and Services Plans as required for the children enrolled in the toddle class. See LIC809D for deficiency cited per California Code of Regulations, Tile 22, Division 12.
