Fire clearance: Documentation of fire & earthquake drills to be conducted every six months: Last drill on 07/10/2022.
· There is an in-ground pool and an above ground spa. The bodies of water are enclosed with a 5' mesh fence and a self-closing, self-latching gate that swings away from the gate. The gate was tested by LPA at time of visit.
