13 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Neal conducted a follow-up compliant inspection and met with Maria Rodriguez, Center Director. The purpose of the inspection is to deliver the compliant finding on the above allegation. During this investigation, LPA Neal toured the facility for cleanliness and repair. Invoices regarding the Center's last floor cleaning (Clean carpet, hard floor and rugs) was obtained. Based on the invoices dated April 5, 2019 and November 24, 2019 the amount of time between carpet cleanings was more than 6 months as per Title 22 regulations, therefore the complaint regarding Allegation #2 is substantiated. A finding that the complaint is substantiated means that the allegation is valid because the preponderance of the evidence standard has been met.
Deficiency cited: See LIC 9099D. Notice of Site Visit was given to be posted for 30 days. Appeal Rights were also given.
