During children interviews, it was disclosed that provider is nice to children. Children don’t feel intimidated or afraid of provider. It was also disclosed children have observed licensee holding a child by their hand, leading the child to sit down however, not in a rough manner. Children liked the food at the facility, children have always had enough food to eat at the facility

LPA made observations of licensee and children interaction on 07/08/2021 and 08/04/2021 LPA found no indication that children's personal rights were violated, licensee was attentive to children needs. LPA also observed an adequate supply of food.

Throughout the course of this investigation, there was no evidence, observable or found through interviews or documentation, that licensee handled children roughly or that licensee does not ensure that children are adequately fed. There were conflicting statements regarding a children’s personal rights being violated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations is deemed unsubstantiated at this time.

An exit interview was conducted with licensee Laura Argumedo. A copy of this report was provided to the licensee on this date and must be made available to the public upon request for the next 3 years.

A Notice of site visit was given to the provider and LPA observed the notice posted. Provider agreed to keep the notice posted for the next 30 days.
