25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Steven Montoya met with licensee Maria Jensen. The purpose of the virtual inspection is to conduct a Annual Inspection and Capacity Increase. Licensee is licensed to provide care and supervision for a Small Family Child Care (FCCH) for the capacity of 8 children. Licensee has applied for a capacity increase to care for 14 children. The local fire department has inspected and granted a fire clearance.
Present during the time of virtual inspection is licensee, 1 assistant and 3 family child care children.
Licensee is reminded with a capacity increase she must have a qualified assistant present whenever she has more than 8 children in care. Licensee is also reminded that with the capacity increase to a total of 14 children she is to have no more than 3 infants in care (0-2yrs), 1 child enrolled in Kindergarten, 1 child at least 6 years of age and a qualified assistant. All adults residing and working in the home have obtained criminal record clearances. LPA toured the areas of the home utilized for the Family Child Care to ensure the home is incompliance with Community Care Licensing Title 22 Regulations. The days are hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 6 am to 6 pm.

This is a single story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room, living room, and attached garage. Per Licensee the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and backyard is utilized for the FCCH activity area.
Per licensee off-limit areas of the home is the 2 bedrooms, 1 master bathrooms and garage. |
