Licensing Proram Analyst (LPA) Maddox met with Licensee, Heather Yarber today for the purpose of checking on the Health and Safety of children in care. Upon arrival, there were 13 children present along with licensee and 2 Assistants (Angelina and Ms. Val). During this Case Management inspection LPA interviewed Licensee, and 6 day care children present (names recorded on LIC 811). LPA also verified fingerprint clearances of adults from the Personnel Report in Guardian and obtained a copy of the Roster. There was 1 person's prints that are still "pending", Licensee states this person is her children's father and he does not reside in the home, LPA explained to Licensee that he can not be present in the home while day care children are present until he obtains a clearance from the Department.
