On May 24, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kendal Zirbes conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. The purpose POC inspection was to clear deficiencies cited on May 20, 2022. Present during today’s inspection were four school age children.

LPA toured the school age room. LPA observed the closet door in classroom 6 was locked. Therefore the chemicals, paint and cleaning solutions stored in the closet were inaccessible to the children in care.

Based on LPAs observations, the facility has made the chemicals inaccessible. Administrator will still need to send the Department a copy of the staff training once completed.

An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, and notice of site visit were provided to Administrator April Dogero.
