13 | On 09/12/22 at 12:30 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Rajani Goudreau arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced complaint inspection for the purpose of delivering the findings to the above listed allegations. Upon arrival, LPA met with Director, Lynn Leavitt and proceeded to tour the facility. During the inspection the following ratios were observed: #303 (four children/two staff members) and #304/#404B (11 children/two staff members).
On June 29, 2022, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging daycare child is being discriminated against while in care and staff inappropriately spoke to child in care. During staff interviews, there was no concerns or observation made of children in care being discriminated against or staff inappropriately speaking to children in care. Based on interviews conducted with the reporting party, previous and current staff members, children, and parents there was conflicting information obtained and a lack of evidence to support the above allegations.
