On 11/18/2021 at 9:10 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michelle Hood conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection on this date. Upon arrival LPA met with Director Jimmie. The purpose of the inspection is to follow up on a deficiency cited during an inspection on 10/26/2021. During that inspection licensee was cited for Personal Rights. LPA observed 20 children and four staff outside at the time of inspection. LPA interviewed two staff and six children during today's inspection.

No deficiencies cited. Notice of Site Visit posted for 30 days and must remain posted for 30 days. An exit interview was conducted with the director Jimmie Drummond. The deficiency will be cleared.
