32 | Several children's files were reviewed and are in compliance. First Aid/CPR needs to be reviewed at the office located at 1880 Smythe Ave. Immunization law (SB792) was discussed with Site Supervisor and she understands that anyone who provides care and supervision to the children must have immunization records maintained at the facility for: pertussis, measles, and influenza. An annual continuation will have to be conducted to check center's compliance with SB792 at the Main Preschool Office located 1880 Smythe Ave.
LPA Baez discussed the Mandated Reporter training, AB1207. LPA Baez reminded Site Supervisor that all staff members are to take the training and have the printed certificates present at the facility and available for review. An annual continuation will have to be conducted to check center's compliance with AB1207 at the Main Preschool Office located 1880 Smythe Ave.
LPA reviewed the following with Director: IMS, SIDS, Car seat Law, Shaken Baby Syndrome, the updated CDPH 286 form for "Pre-Kindergarten and School Immunization Record" and Director stated that he understands. This facility does provide Incidental Medical Services- IMS and a written plan of operation has already been submitted to CCL and is on file for the center. There were not any deficiencies issued throughout the areas that were inspected today. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT IS TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed the posting the Notice of Site Visit.

LPA discussed updating the ages that the facility serves because it currently reflects that the facility serves children 2 to 5 years of age but Site Supervisor informed LPA that the center only serves children 3 to 5 years of age. An LIC200A was provided.
