13 | On 4/7/22 at 1:35 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Casey Gulley conducted a complaint inspection to deliver findings and met with Licensee, Cecilia Hiller regarding the above allegation. LPA advised Licensee of the purpose of the inspection and conducted a tour of the facility. There were five (5) daycare children and one staff present during the inspection.
This agency has investigated the complaint alleging improper use of car seat for infant in care . During the investigation, LPA conducted interviews with Licensee, staff, and multiple parents. Licensee denied the allegation, explaining that infant is brought into the facility by the parent. Interviews with parents revealed no infants are observed in a car seat and there are no car seat observed within the facility. Based on interviews conducted, there is insufficient evidence to support improper use of car seat for infant in care.
