On 8/23/23 @ 1:25PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection. The purpose of this inspection is to observe the Toddler play area that was recently put in. LPA toured the facility with Mrs. Rubic and Jill Griggs. Observed today were age-appropriate equipment and material in the toddler play area. Facility also installed a fountain, surrounded by rocks - ("bubbling rock"). LPA did not observe water retention near the fountain. (Photo was taken).

Mrs. Wai-Ling Rubic was recently designated as site director. Documents were received today.

Exit interview was conducted with Mrs. Rubic. A copy of this report and notice of site visit was provided and to be posted to 30 days.
