On 10/31/2023 at 10:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Selina Siao conducted a plan of correction inspection to ensure that all staff members are associated to the facility and that the facility is within compliance. LPA conducted a tour of all three of the preschool classrooms. The following ratios were observed: The Discover Preschool had 15 children supervised by staff members Madeline Howerton and Laronika Linton aka Owen. The Pre-K class had 12 children supervised by staff Nijia Leigh. The Preschool class children were at the playground and there were 13 children supervised by staff Lauren Digiacinito. All staff members have the required background clearances and are associated to the facility.

Preschool class were out of ratio by one child during the inspection as staff thought that she had 12 children at the playground.

Director stated that she will tallk to staff members to remind them of the Kindercare name to face head count to ensure that the all staff member is aware of the number of children that they are supervising.
