On this date and time, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs), Laura Callahan, Susan Brewer, Giselle Carbullido and James Wilkerson met with Director Deanna Gustine and toured the facility inside and outside. Ms. Guistine has requested an increase in capacity from 75 to 120 children.

The facility was previously measured and can accommodate the capacity increase requested.
There will be no changes to indoor/outdoor space.

Fire clearance was granted on 04/18/2019.

The limiting factor for capacity is based on the fire clearance. Capacity is limited to 120 children.

The capacity request will be submitted for approval.

An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given to the Director, Deanna Gustine.

A copy of this report will be made available to the public upon request for three years.
