On date and time listed, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Otsanya Cameron and Ericka Smith arrived at the facility to conducted a Case management- Capacity Increase. The licensee has submitted an application to increase her capacity to that of a Large Family Child Care Home. LPA toured the facility, inside and out, records were reviewed and the following was observed and/or discussed:
Normal days and hours of operation are: Mon- Thurs 8:00a-4:30pm
OFF-LIMIT AREAS INCLUDE: GARAGE, LAUNDRY ROOM, MASTER BEDROOM

The application for a LARGE family child care home is on hold and pending an informal conference.

During the exit interview, the LICENSEE, Julia Eccles, confirmed that there are no Registered Sex Offenders living in the facility and/or using the facility address for their mailing address.

A copy of this report was provided to the licensee on this date and must be made available to the public upon request for the next 3 years.
