An office meeting was held today at the San Diego North Child Care Regional Office. Present during this meeting were: Tashima Daniel, Licensing Program Manager; Nancy Diaz, Licensing Program Analyst; Asmaa Alkhaleif, Licensee and Reese Shasha who translated this meeting in Arabic.

The purpose of today's meeting was called to discuss the following Title 22 violations citations:



1. Case management inspection on 2/19/2020 - Section 102416.5(d)(1)(2) Staffing ratio & Capacity. Licensee admitted to providing care to 16 children from January 1st to January 10th.

2. Complaint inspection on 2/4/2020 - Section 102416.5(c) Staffing ratio & capacity. Licensee admitted to providing care to 16 children in December 2019.

3. Case management inspection (repeat violation) 2/4/2020 & 1/10/2020:
Section 102417(g)(7) Emergency information card shall be maintained for each child in care. Licensee did not maintain emergency information for each child in her care.
Section 102418(g) - Immunization card. Licensee did not maintain the required immunization record for all children in care.

LPM Daniel emphasized the importance of maintaining compliance with Title 22 Regulations. Licensee stated that she understood.

During office meeting the licensee was advised of the administrative process, including compliance conferences, and administrative action if serious violations continue.

Provided to Mrs. Alkhaleif today were: Quarterly Update (Winter 2020); Safe Sleep Awareness Campaign (PIN 19-02-CCP); Packet of required FCCH childrens' forms; Family Child Care Homes Most Common Deficiencies in 2018 and Large Family child care home flyer/illustration of maximum capacity.
