13 | On 5/3/2022 @ 3:50 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Joelle Redding, made an unannounced visit to deliver findings on the above-referenced allegation. Based on information obtained via interviews and review of staff time sheets, schedules and children's sign in and out records, there were just a few times where regular staff was not yet scheduled to arrive and the sign in sheets showed that there were more than four infants with one scheduled teacher. However, there is floating staff to step in to cover these brief periods of time, ranging from 5 to 10 minutes, until the second teacher arrives. The floating staff are salaried staff and no time sheets are recorded. There are just 10 infants enrolled in the program and normally three staff scheduled for the day arriving at staggered times, but all present by 9 a.m. The above-referenced allegation is considered Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is Unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. No deficiency is cited. Notice of Site visit was provided and will be posted for 30 days. |
