- Make the front door in Classroom #1 inaccessible due to it leading to the parking lot and busy street
LPA reviewed this report with Ms. Hall and Ms. Lott-Schwartz. Exit interview was conducted. The maximum capacity that the facility can be licensed for is 24 children due the limitation of indoor square footage. Once corrections have been made and submitted, a school-age license for 24 children (ages K-12 years old) in Rooms #1, #2 and #3 may be granted upon final file review. This report shall be kept available at the facility for public review for 3 years. |
