13 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Samantha Salunga and Michael Morales-Desilvestore conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver the finding for the above allegation. Upon arrival, LPA's met with Valeria Abitia, Master Teacher. LPA's observed a total of 57 children present. The initial complaint inspection was conducted on 07/05/2019 when Assistant Director, Leticia (Denisse) Kuri, provided LPA's a current children's roster. The above allegation was investigated by the Investigations Branch (IB) of Community Care Licensing Division. Based on the information gathered, the investigator could not determine whether a personal rights violation occurred at the facility regarding the above allegation. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted with Ms. Abitia. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT IS TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed Ms. Abitia post notice of site visit.
