Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer Lott conducted a Plan of Correction visit regarding deficiencies that were cited on 03/16/2022. LPA was greeted at the front door by Director, Monica Collins and was granted entry after identifying herself and disclosing the reason for the visit.

During today’s visit, LPA toured the facility and reviewed the POC for corrections. LPA confirmed all background paperwork had been submitted. In addition, LPA provided consultation regarding deficiencies and timeliness for returning plan of corrections on time.

Since the 03/16/22 deficiency has been corrected, this deficiency was cleared during the visit. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Monica Collins. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
