Licensing Program Analyst, Joelle Redding, made an unannounced visit to evaluate the facility for an increase in capacity requested on 9/18/19.

The facility has added two rooms and requested an additional 16 infants/toddlers. LPA measured Toddler Room 3 at 358.20 sq. ft. and Toddler Room 4 at 361.63 sq. ft. for a combined square footage of 719.83, allowing a maximum capacity of 20 additional infants.

Fire clearance for a maximum capacity of 50 infants in Infant Rooms 1 and 2 and Toddler Rooms 1 thru 4 was received on 10/22/19. Each room has a changing table within arms reach of a sink. The older infants in the Toddler rooms will be using cots to sleep.

A waiver is pending to allow the 50 infants to share a playground with a maximum capacity of 39. Upon approval of the waiver and final file review, the increase in capacity from 36 to 50 infants/toddlers will be granted.
