On 12/15/21 @ 9:00AM, LPA (Licensing Program Analyst) Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection. The purpose of this inspection is in reference to Licensee's request to change one of the rooms from preschool to use as a toddler option.

LPA met and toured the facility with Yvette Jackson, Director. Observed present today were 29 preschool children with staff Vanessa Diaz, Sydney Watkins and Martha Bermudez.

The preschool is currently licensed for 72 children. The room designated for the preschool children has 2,911 sq. ft. which will accommodate 83 children.

A copy of childrens' roster was provided today by Ms. Jackson.

No deficiency observed today.

A notice of site visit was provided to Ms. Jackson today and observed posted. This notice shall remain posted for 30 days.
