On 3/12/2021 at 2:10pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted an unannounced case management follow-up inspection via FaceTime due to the COVID-19 outbreak. LPA met with Director, Ana King and proceeded to tour the facility. There were 16 children in care with two (2) staff members, Robert Hart and Raquel Flores.

During today's inspection, LPA Malane interviewed staff and reviewed files of Child #1 and Child #2 to follow-up on an incident which occurred on 02/22/2021.

No deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.

An exit interview was conducted with the director and LPA discussed the LIC809 and appeal rights. A copy of the report and appeal rights will be emailed and director was advised that acknowledgement of the receipt of the report is to be received within twenty-four hours.
