LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced inspection today for the purpose of observing correction to the deficiency cited on 7/26/2019.

There were 9 children observed present today with staff Svetlana Andriyenko, Svetlana Zlotopolski and licensee, Galina Carmel. Two of the children present today were under age two.

Correction observed today:
Mrs. Carmel had her pool fencing repaired over the weekend. LPA inspected the fencing and found it to be in good repair.

No further deficiency cited today.
