Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Michelle Hood and Michelle Palacio, made an unannounced case management inspection. Upon arrival LPA's met with licensee and proceeded to tour the facility. During this inspection there were 12 children in care, also present was 2 helpers. The facility is within licensed capacity/ratio limitations.

The purpose of today’s visit is to inspection facility backyard. On 06/06/2019, licensee informed LPA Hood that facility backyard is off limits due to construction. On 06/20/2019, licensee notified LPA Hood stating facility backyard construction was completed.

No deficiencies observed in the areas inspected during today's inspection. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA's observed Licensee post notice of site visit. LPA's reviewed this report prior to obtaining her signature below.
