LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and was granted entry into the facility by the Licensee. One (1) child was present in the facility during this inspection. The following areas are used for childcare: living room, daycare room (open room), dining room and half bathroom. Off limit areas include: entire upstairs (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), kitchen and garage. Kitchen/cooking area is off limits and is inaccessible by safety gates. The licensee has toys, play equipment and materials available. Fireplace was properly screened. Licensee’s First Aid and CPR certifications expire on 10/2024. Licensee has required immunizations.
