25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Diana Sanchez made an unannounced Case Management inspection on today's date. LPA met with provider Graciela Martinez and advised her of the purpose of today's visit, to inspect the facility to ensure that the facility is in compliance with the rules and regulations of California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, Regulations governing Family Child Care Homes. During today's inspection, there were five children and assistant present. Appropriate ratios and capacity were observed. Appropriate care and visual supervision were also observed during the inspection.
The facility is a single story three bedroom and two and a half bathroom home. LPA toured the facility and noticed that all the required notices, License and forms were properly posted. The fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and carbon monoxide detector met requirements and are operable. The kitchen was inspected, bottom cabinets have been properly secured with child proof safety latches and all hazardous items were inaccessible to children. The day care bathroom is clean and operable with good ventilation. Provider has toys, play equipment and materials available. The home has a fenced backyard available for outdoor activities. No bodies of water observed on the premises during the inspection.
LPA reviewed staff and children records. All staff members have current First Aid/CPR and AB-1207 Mandated Reporter certifications. A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse clearances or exemptions.

There are no deficiencies cited on this inspection.
An exit interview was conducted with Graciela Martinez and a copy of this report left at the facility. Copy of this report shall be maintained in the facility for public review.
