25 | LPA Nancy Diaz conducted an unannounced case management inspection. Mrs. Kyanza was home today with one daycare child. The purpose of this inspection is in reference to Mrs. Kyanza's request for an increase of capacity to a large family child care home.
A tour of the home was conducted. Children will have access to the living room, dining, kitchen, hallway bathroom and Mrs. Kyanza's bedroom. The children also have access to the apartment's common area. Mrs. Kyanza stated that she visually supervises the children when they play outside.
Mrs. Kyanza's helper will be her brother, Jafferi Kyanza. Current immunization record was available and reviewed for Jafferi. His CPR and First aid certificates are valid thru May 6, 2021.
LPA provided Mrs. Kyanza a handout on "Effects of Lead Exposure". This handout will be shared with all daycare parents.
