Five (5) children, one (1) staff, and two (2) adult residents were present in the facility during this inspection. This facility is a two story, four bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Licensee accompanied LPA inside and out of the facility during this inspection. Two additional children arrived during the course of the inspection bringing the census up to seven (7). The following areas area used for childcare: the family room, living room, dining room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and backyard. The off limit areas are the second floor, laundry room, and garage. The licensee has toys, play equipment and materials available. The home has a fenced backyard available for outdoor activities. There is a jacuzzi observed on the premises during the inspection, and it is covered and made inaccessible according to regulations. A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse clearances or exemptions. Licensee’s First Aid and CPR certifications expire on 10/2022. Licensee has required immunizations. Licensee completed Mandated Reporter Training on 07/16/2022. The provider places infants up to 12 months of age on their backs for sleeping. |
