On 4/25/23 at 3:35pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Martha Malane conducted an unannounced case management inspection for the purpose of a plan of correction. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee, Gabriela Urtecho and discussed the purpose of the inspection and was led on a tour of the facility. There were nine (9) children in care, one of whom was an infant. Also present was licensee’s helper, Yadira Marty.

Facility was cited on 4/18/23 due to operating over capacity. The facility was found to be operating within capacity during today’s inspection. No deficiencies cited.

Exit interview conducted with licensee’s helper, Andrea Esparza. A notice of site visit was provided and must be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
