LPA Adrian Castellon conducted a case management inspection on this date. LPA Castellon met with licensee Kandasamy Palanisamy and discussed the purpose of the inspection.

Licensee Kandasamy Palanisamy recently submitted an application for an increase in capacity. She was initially licensed in August 2018. The SDCCRO received a fire clearance report dated 09.20.19 indicating that the facility was in compliance and an increase in capacity per the SDFD.

LPA Castellon toured the facility and the areas used for daycare purposes. The staircase in the living room is properly barricaded. A properly working smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and regulation size fire extinguisher were present at the facility.

The facility is in substantial compliance and after a final file review, a large license capacity 14 may be issued.
