25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer Lott conducted an announced Case Management Tele-Inspection due to COVID-19 restrictions. LPA identified herself to Licensee, Ariana Tapia-Hernandez and disclosed the purpose of her visit. The purpose of her visit was to discuss the recent construction and floor plan change to her Family Child Care Home.
During today’s visit the LPA conducted a tour of the facility with the licensee. Changes to the facility sketch included the addition of two (2) bathrooms, one of which is for day care use. The following areas will be used for day care; living room, kitchen, dining room, backyard, bedroom #3 and bathroom #3. The following areas will be off limits to day care children; bedroom and bathroom #1, bedroom and bathroom #2. LPA found the physical plant is consistent with the newly submitted facility sketch/floor plan. In addition, the Fire Marshall granted a fire clearance for a capacity of fourteen (14) on March 17, 2021. Licensee also meets the COVID-19 posting requirements.
Based on today’s inspection, no deficiencies are being cited as the facility has been found to be in compliance. Since the inspection only involved a change in the facility floor plan and fire clearance, the current license remains in effect.
An exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report (LIC 809), Appeal and Licensee Rights (LIC 9058) and Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) was provided to Licensee, Ariana Tapia-Hernandez via email. A read receipt confirms documents were received and acknowledged. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) must remain posted for thirty (30) days. |
