25 | On 02/09/22 at 9:17 a.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Rajani Goudreau conducted an unannounced inspection to follow-up on a deficiency cited on January 12, 2022 under complaint 20-CC-20211116144516 and to ensure the facility is in compliance with the licensed capacity and ratio limitations. LPA met with Licensee, Sofia Salazar Lopez and proceeded to tour the home. During the visit the following ratio/capacity were observed: 7 children in care (including two infants). Also, present one staff member. The facility is within ratio and capacity limitations.
Type A deficiency cited under California Code Regulation (CCR) 102416.5(a) - Staffing Ratio and Capacity cited on January 12, 2022 has been cleared. Licensee submitted the following at time of inspection: updated facility roster, updated schedule outlining the times and dates daycare children will be present in the facility and a written plan reflecting the measures put into place to prevent the facility from operating over capacity in the future.
