13 | On 06/01/22 at 11:56 a.m., Licensing program Analyst (LPA) Rajani Goudreau conducted an unannounced complaint visit for the purpose of delivering the complaint finding to the above listed allegation. Upon arrival LPA met with Staff Member, Cynthia Rodriguez and proceeded to tour the facility. During the visit there were nine children in care with two staff members present. During the course of the investigation, LPA obtained, and reviewed facility records. Interviews were conducted with the licensee, staff members, children in care and day care parents.
On March 14, 2022, Community Care Licensing (CCL) received a complaint alleging a minor inappropriately touched another minor while in care. Licensee denied an incident occurring at the day care regarding a minor inappropriately touching another minor while in care. Licensee disclosed children are always actively supervised during care. Due to conflicting information and a lack of supporting evidence obtained throughout the course of the investigation from interviews conducted, the allegation is determined to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
