25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marie Hernandez conducted the Annual/Random inspection. LPA met with the Director Fatima Cifuentes. LPA was given access to inspect the facility. LPA inspected the classroom for compliance. In the classroom, there are thirty one children with four staff. The facility has maintained the appropriate ratios and capacity during the inspection. The staff are providing the appropriate care & visual supervision of children during the inspection. There are no bodies of water and/or no fire arms/weapons on the premises during the visit. The facility is ensuring that all children are being visually supervised by a teacher during the inspection. The facility is adhering to a ratio of one teacher supervising no more than 14 children in attendance during the inspection. The facility is operating within the conditions and limitations specified on the license during the inspection. The disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other dangerous items are inaccessible to children during the inspection. The storage areas for poisons are locked during the inspection. All materials and surfaces accessible to children are toxic free. The furniture and supplies are age appropriate during the inspection. The room has adequate lighting, and ventilation during the inspection. The floors are found to be clean and safe during the inspection. The drinking water is readily accessible inside and outside for the children during the inspection. The restrooms are maintained with operational toilets and faucets with appropriate temperature during the inspection. |
