On June 2, 2023 at 9:50 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA’s) Sherlynn Banas and Nancy Diaz, conducted an unannounced inspection. LPA met with Andrea Suckao (Center Director). The purpose of this inspection is in reference to the plan of correction to the deficiency cited on May 24, 2023.

Andrea Suckao led the tour with LPA's in the classrooms. There were 22 children in Room 1 with Ana Bravo (Lead Teacher), Kiara Sloan, and Melody Bausa; Room 2 has 21 children with the following teachers: Graciela Berumen (Lead Teacher), Mary Naylor, and Sakuara Gatzinski; Room 3 has 11 children with the following teachers: Eva Pamela Marin (Lead Teacher), and Nayeli Pina; Room 4 has 13 children with the following teachers: Georgia Seabolt (Lead Teacher), and Berenice Leano; Room 5 has 18 children with the following teachers: Suzette Hermes (Lead Teacher), and Anthony Destino; and Room 6 has 15 kids with the following teachers: Maritza Gutierrez (Lead Teacher), and Fan Yang.

A review of staff records on 6/2/2023 indicates that all facility staff have received criminal record and child abuse index clearances.

LPA's reminded Facility director that staff Talat Ahmed is in pending status and is not allowed to work at the preschool until clearance is received.


An exit interview was conducted with the director. Appeal Rights (LIC 9058 1/16) were discussed. A printed copy of this report as well as a printed copy of the appeal rights were provided and reviewed with the director at the conclusion of the inspection. LIC 9213 NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed the director post notice of site visit.
