Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marie Hernandez conducted the Annual Required inspection. LPA met with Facility Representative Stefani Wessel. LPA was given access to inspect the facility. The Representative accompanied LPA on the tour of the facility. LPA inspected the classrooms for compliance: In the Primary classroom, there are twenty one children with two teachers, room #1, eighteen children with three teachers, room #2, there are eighteen children with three teachers and in the toddler room, there are nine toddlers with two teachers. The facility has maintained the appropriate ratios and capacity during the inspection. The staff are
providing the appropriate care & visual supervision of children during the inspection. There are no bodies of water and/or no fire arms/weapons on the premises during the visit. The facility is ensuring that all children are being visually supervised by a teacher during the inspection. The facility is adhering to a ratio of one teacher supervising no more than 12 children in attendance during the inspection. The facility is operating within the conditions and limitations specified on the license during the inspection. The disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons and other dangerous items are inaccessible to children during the inspection. The storage areas for poisons are locked during the inspection. All materials and surfaces accessible to children are toxic free. The furniture and supplies are age appropriate. The rooms have adequate lighting, and ventilation during the inspection. The floors are found to be clean and safe during the inspection. The drinking water is readily accessible inside and outside for the children during the inspection. The restrooms are maintained with operational toilets and faucets with hand soap, paper towels and toilet tissue. The restrooms are lighted and ventilated during the inspection. The food service area is clean and free of hazards. The menu is posted. There is an adequate supply of food items available for snacks. The facility only provides snacks and the parents provide their children's lunches. In the toddler room, the sinks are within reach of a changing table and the receptacles have tight fitting lids on them. The outdoor high climbing play structure with slide has sufficient cushioning material to support a child's fall. The facility has maintained the fire/disaster drills; the last drill was conducted on 05/15/2019. The cleaning supplies are kept separate from food. All foods/beverages capable of rapid spoiling are stored in covered containers. The facility appears to be free of insects and rodents during the visit. There is an operational carbon monoxide detector during the visit. There is adequate shaded rest area for children during the visit. The toys are age appropriate during the visit. The grounds are free of debris or potential hazards during the visit. Personnel records contain documentation of education and at least one staff member has current CPR and First Aid certification during the visit. The sign-in/out sheets were reviewed. The children’s records contain the admission agreements during the visit. A review of staff records on this date indicates that all facility staff or other individuals who require caregiver background checks have received criminal record and child abuse clearances or exemptions during the visit. Staff records and children’s records were reviewed during today’s visit. LPA verified the staff's immunization records and their AB 1207 Mandated Child Abuse Reporting certification. The Director is reminded that the AB1207 must be renewed every two years. The forms and regulations can be obtained online at website: www.ccld.ca.gov. All the required documents are posted.

Incidental Medical Services were discussed. This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. No deficiency cited today. An exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report, Notice of Site Visit was provided to the Representative. LPA observed the Representative post the Notice of Site Visit in a prominent place. The Representative states it is understood that this notice must be posted for 30 days.
