On 12/4/20, an unannounced case management tele-inspection was conducted by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Michael Morales-DeSilvestore. LPA met with Director, Patrice Andrews. Inspection was conducted via facetime due to COVID-19. Facility is currently licensed for 119 preschoolers in rooms C101-C110 and S116-S118. Facility has requested an increase of capacity from 119 to 150 preschool children. Fire clearance for the increased capacity was granted on 12/2/2020. Previous measurements on 8/23/05 done by LPA Waddell indicate an indoor and outdoor capacity of 156 children. Today, there were a total of 74 children with 10 teachers. The increase in capacity is granted effective today, 12/4/20.

A copy of this report, appeal rights and notice of site visit were provided to the Director via email. Director will confirm receipt of these reports via email. Directors confirmation of receipt of these reports will serve as her signature.
