32 | Admission agreement, emergency information and medical assessment forms were reviewed for some children. Sign In/Sign Out sheets are well maintained. Two of the four staff members present were substitutes and did not have personnel files available for review. The remaining two staff members had records containing documentation of education, training, and/or experience. Menus are posted. LPA reviewed the following with Claudia Damron: Updates to the California Department of Public Health Coronavirus Disease 2019 Guidance For Child Care Providers and Programs PIN 22-28 CCP dated 10/25/22 and California Department of Public Health Covid-19 Guidance for Child Care Providers and Programs dated 10/21/22. LPA discussed with Ms. Damron lead testing requirements and provided a copy of PIN 21-21 CCP. At the time of inspection LPA was unable to review or confirm that the lead testing requirement had been met. LPA also advised Ms. Damron of mandated reporter training requirements per AB1207. Only one staff member present at the time of inspection had mandated reporter certification which meet regulation requirements.
See LIC809D for cited deficiencies.
