This facility provides Incidental Medical Services – IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual - Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226.The following information regarding ADA was provided: US Department of Justice (USDOJ) toll-free ADA Information Line at (800) 514-0301 (voice)/ (800) 514-0383 (TTY) and link to publication: Commonly Asked Questions about Child Care Centers and the ADA, available at: http://www.ada.gov/childqanda.htm

Director was advised to regularly visit the Community Care Licensing WEB SITE: http://www.ccld.ca.gov/ for quarterly updates and updated regulation information.

Duty Line was provided: (619) 767-2248. LPA also discussed California Megan's Law and LPA provided Director with the following website: www.meganslaw.ca.gov

There are two preschool playgrounds located adjacent to the center. One playground is utilized for the smaller preschool children and the other playground is utilized for the older preschool children and school age children. There is no waiver on file for the preschool and school age children to be utilizing the same playground. The capacity of this license was also issued by combining the square footage of all preschool classrooms and an additional 24 children in the school age classroom. Facility has its' own separate school age license (376700564)for a capacity of 30 children. Due to dated measurements of all classrooms and both playgrounds, a follow-up inspection will be conducted to obtain updated measurements and to update the license capacity. A new fire clearance will also be requested to reflect the specific classrooms that are being utilized.

No deficiencies observed in the areas inspected during today's visit.
NOTICE OF SITE VISIT IS TO BE POSTED FOR 30 DAYS. LPA observed Director post notice of site visit.
