An announced case management inspection was conducted today with Hope Baker, Coordinator. There were no children present today. Facility is on Summer break. They will re-open August 2, 2021. The purpose of this inspection is to update the facility use of classrooms. Facility will utilize Rooms #20 & #21. Fire marshall inspection approval was received on 7/20/21.

Both rooms were measured: Rooms #20 & #21 are the same size. Each room has 1,044 sq. ft. will accommodate 29 children. Both rooms will accommodate a total of 59 children.

No deficiency cited today.
