An unannounced inspection was conducted today by LPA, Nancy Diaz. Observed present today were 6 children with Josefina Syed (Site Director), Sharifa Osman (Teacher) and Fahmo Gedi (volunteer).

The purpose of this inspection was in reference to the deficiencies cited on 7/10/2019.

The following corrections were observed today:
- Section 101229 - Children were observed supervised when using the bathroom.
- Section 101216.1(b)(1) - Mrs. Syed has hired a fully qualified teacher, Sharifa Osman on July 16, 2019.
- Section 101239(h) - Staff continue to use the bathroom located at the mosque.

Facility is in the process of installing cushioning in the play area. Mrs. Syed will notify the department once the installation is completed.
